i’m Stacy, owner of rinse hot yoga

I've never been one for the privileged "love and light" mentality. It makes my eyes roll. Life isn't all sunshine and affirmations. Thunder. Lightning. Wind that knocks us to the ground. That's what I respect.

I believe in loving ourselves through the storms that shape us and that there's room for mistakes as long as there's growth. I believe that when life gets hard, sometimes a good rinse makes everything feel just a little more possible.

I've lived through chronic pain, addiction, and some really dark moments. The storm. I've also experienced joy, peace, love, and genuine happiness. The sunshine. Those experiences taught me that comfort and discomfort can exist at the same time. Healing isn't about pretending. It's about learning to stay present through all of it. Truthfully, working under studio owners who embraced the "love and light" philosophy is what inspired me to create something different. Something bold. Something real.

The soul of Rinse Hot Yoga may be me, but the heart of the studio is the teachers who've been told we're too much. Too bold. Too emotional. Too unique. Too loud. That we don't fit the label of what yoga is supposed to look like. We've been told to come as we are - but not like that. This studio may be new, but our teachers aren't. We simply took the long road to finding each other.

Rinse Hot Yoga is a place where the walls aren't white, the windows aren't plain, and the floors aren't gray. It's a space filled with intentional color, grit, warmth, and energy. A place where transformation doesn't come from perfection - it comes from showing up exactly as you are. It's where you come to breathe. Where you step onto your mat to feel, to heal, to shift, and to grow. The sweat is the rinse.

No pretending. No performing. Just real people, doing real work, together.
